Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Nas Illustrated, Defensive TTP’s (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), booking a class, or participating in any of our training services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site or our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent if under 18. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

We offer firearms training, tactical survival skills, and wilderness preparedness courses in Maryland. All services are subject to availability and compliance with state and federal firearm regulations.

3. Booking & Payment Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

  • The remaining balance is due in person before the training session begins.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, instructor availability).

4. Firearms & Safety Policy

  • Clients must comply with all federal, state, and local firearm laws.

  • Participants must complete a liability waiver before engaging in any live-fire training.

  • Firearms and ammunition must be stored and transported in compliance with Maryland firearm laws.

  • Nas Illustrated, Defensive TTP’s reserves the right to deny service to anyone deemed unfit for training or exhibiting reckless behavior.

5. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By participating in any training, you acknowledge that firearm training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or death. Nas Illustrated, Defensive TTP’s and its instructors are not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from participation. You agree to waive all legal claims against the business, its instructors, and affiliates.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and course materials, is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and stored securely per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before litigation.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
